Can I use my hotel specific loyalty points (Ex. Hilton Honors or Marriott Bonvoy) with my savings?
Unfortunately, hotel specific loyalty points (Ex. Hilton Honors or Marriott Bonvoy) are not able to be used or earned in conjunction with these highly discounted rates. We love and appreciate loyalty, but we love savings more!
What hotels and resorts are available with SRE Travel Club?
SRE Travel Club has partnered with a host of quality travel networks including familiar brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Disney, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Wyndham, Choice, Ritz Carlton and many more. Our platform uses the Priceline technology and allows us to pull the best possible hotel rates and travel information, enabling us to pass on huge saving deals to you!
Do I have to book online or can I speak to a live person?
Once your membership is completed, you will have immediate access to member pricing and travel deals. You can book through our secure online platform or contact our customer support team directly. They’re available Mon-Fri: 9am – 4pm EST and we also have a 24/7 emergency hotline.
What if I want to change or cancel my reservation?
Cancellation policies will vary depending on the particular hotel, resort, cruise line, car rental company, airline you chose. The cancellation and change policies can be found in the terms and conditions on the booking page and your reservation confirmation. You can always call our customer service team to help you with your change.
Are there any additional fees to any reservations booked?
Taxes and reservation fees are included in the price of your reservation. Unlike popular travel sites that never show you the full price until you reach checkout, our rates include taxes upfront so that you can see exactly what you’re savings. Other resort fees, hotel parking and incidental charges if any, are displayed in the Terms and Conditions and are usually collected by the hotel/resort.
How do I become a member
By completing our membership application, and providing a method of payment for your monthly membership fee.
What form of payments do you accept for membership?
For your the reoccurring SRE Travel membership payment, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
How long will membership be valid?
The term of the membership depends on your selection. Currently we offer a monthly and/or yearly membership. Monthly memberships are billed in advance on the 1st of the month and yearly memberships are billed on January 1st. There is not a set end date for either membership because you can cancel it at any time. Please see the cancellation details page for more information.
